CADD Center – Student Guidelines, Terms and Conditions
Upon registration with CADD Center (CIA), students are entitled to access the institute’s services. This document outlines the terms, rules, and guidelines to be adhered to:
- Students are expected to attend all lectures relevant to their registered course, with strict monitoring in place.
- To participate in online classes, students must possess a PC with the required configuration and internet connection. Video and audio feeds must be activated during specific classes/assessments.
- During online or physical classroom sessions, students are advised to wear smart casual or formal attire.
- Students must present an ID document for identification and payment verification.
- MS Teams ID provided is solely for institute use. Any external use without management acknowledgment is strictly prohibited.
- MS Teams ID credentials are non-transferable except to the assigned individual.
- Professional conduct is expected from all students, maintaining discipline and decorum at all times. Disruptive behavior during lectures is not tolerated.
- Students must be available ten minutes before scheduled lecture times. Latecomers may be denied entry.
- In case of delay or absence, students must inform respective coordinators in writing beforehand. Absences require valid reasons with proof, such as a medical certificate.
- Continuous absence exceeding three sessions will result in transfer to another batch with a penalty.
- Leaving online or physical sessions without informing the tutor/lecturer and center manager is not permitted.
- Students are encouraged to maintain personal notes during training sessions.
- Failure to bring required stationery/tools despite prior notification incurs penalties for session attendance.
- Students should not cause distractions during classes (e.g., using mobile phones, speaking out of turn).
- Students are responsible for maintaining premises condition upon departure. Cleaning costs or damages caused will be charged to the student.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within or near the campus.
- Any changes to the timetable will be notified in advance, and students should consult coordinators for clarifications.
- Students should contact help desk/IT support for timetable inquiries during office hours. Lecturers are not to be approached for schedule changes.
- Immediate reporting of issues to management/coordinators is required regarding lecturer conduct, teaching quality, syllabus discrepancies, etc.
- E-book access credentials will be provided to the students within two weeks of the programme commencement
- Assignments or final projects must be submitted by the stipulated deadline, or penalties apply for re-submission.
- After submission of assignments/projects, students must complete a course completion form and follow instructions for certificate collection.
- E-Certificates must be collected within one year from completing the programme, after which re-issue charges apply.
- CADD Center is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Students are responsible for their property’s safety, including PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.
- Management reserves the right to amend the timetable, with notifications to students.
- Management retains the right to discontinue students for misconduct during the course.

Fees and Penalties
- The course fee for short-term courses can be paid in a maximum of two or three installments, with an additional service charge of AED 100.00 for each installment.
- All students are required to complete installment payments of the course fee on or before reaching the halfway point of the course duration. Failure to make payments will result in restrictions from attending future classes.
- Neither the course fee nor the registration fee is refundable under any circumstances.
- Student groups comprising over five individuals and corporate clients may receive additional discounts, dependent on the group’s size. Group discounts are applicable only on the final installment of payment. To qualify for group discounts, the group must complete the course in its entirety and settle payments on time.

E- Certificate Print Out
If you wish to print and use your CADD Center E-Certificate received via email, you can follow this procedure:
- Save the E-Certificate onto a pen drive or storage device.
- Print each part of the certificate in color on individual art boards, with each board having a minimum weight of 250 GSM. Thus, two art boards will be required for the two parts of the certificate.
- Laminate the color-printed art boards.
- The CADD Centre Global certificate can be verified by entering the provided ID number into the CADD Centre Global Website. You can request access to the certificate verification portal from the course coordinator.
